Introduction

ConstructionThe workFediverse isFoundation beinghas performeddecided atto ourswitch the data center location,provider. whichOn Sa., 2024-03-02 we will relocate our infrastructure to a new location. This will cause a day-longdowntime powersince outage.we need to shut down and disassemble the current equipment, relocate it to the new data center, and reassemble it in the new location. Furthermore the network setup will be updated to a more resilient configuration.

A service downtime of all instances of the Fediverse Foundation is to be expected for this day.
